At Bubs & Cubs, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and transparent delivery for all our customers across New Zealand and Australia.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be processed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Order updates are sent via email or SMS where applicable.

2. Store Pickup

Pickup Location: 345 Broadway, Stratford 4332, New Zealand
Orders can be collected from Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
An email notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection.

3. Local Delivery

Currently, local delivery is not offered. Orders must be collected in person or shipped via our courier partners unless otherwise arranged.

4. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We use Post Haste Couriers for reliable nationwide delivery.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (weekdays) of being placed.

Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days depending on location.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 NZD applies to all orders under $100 NZD.

Orders over $100 NZD qualify for free shipping.

5. International Shipping (Australia)

We also offer shipping to Australia.

Average delivery timeframe: 5–7 working days, depending on customs and courier timelines.

Flat-rate international shipping fee: $30 NZD.

For oversized or heavy items, we may contact you to discuss additional freight charges or alternate options (e.g., partial refund or store credit).

Extra freight costs will be communicated clearly before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s progress.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
We will notify you promptly if any major delay affects your delivery.
