1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags and labels must be attached.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, refund, or exchange at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Personalised or custom-made items
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement product. This helps ensure correct inventory and delivery tracking.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
